Holland & Denmark

I can't sleep tonight, so I thought I'd update my blog a bit. I'll keep it short though, 'cause I should at least go get some rest even if sleep eludes me. First of all, I'm excited to say that I have confirmed my return date to be June 15. So Andrew C. if you're reading this, perhaps you can send me an email about a ride (I didn't end up getting yours in my address book before I left).

The most common thought I've had leading up to this trip is, 'I can't believe this is going to happen!' I'm still in a bit of a 'wow' mode as I have spent some wonderful time with friends in Holland - enjoyed a tour through a huge tulip garden, had an amazing time at church with them and had a beautiful bike ride along the canals and through an older town.

Then they sent me off to Denmark, where I am now. I met my colleague here and we've spent some time at my 2nd cousin's place, wandered through Copenhagen (København - proper Danish spelling) and have visited some other relatives on our way to the course we are taking this weekend.

I am actually starting to get tired now, so I'll head back to bed. Until next time, shalom!
